Refund & Cancellation Policy


VR Digital Solutions values fairness and transparency. Our refund policy ensures that clients receive value for services rendered while protecting against misuse of time and resources.

1.General Refund Guidelines

- Refunds are only considered if services were not initiated as agreed.

- Deliverables were not provided per the written agreement.

- A significant deviation from agreed project scope occurred.


2.Refund Request Timeline

- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 to 15 days from the start of the service.

- Requests after 15 days will not be accepted.

- All refund-related correspondence must be in writing via email.


3. Refund Review Process

- Refunds will be reviewed and responded to within 15 business days.

- In case of partial work completion, pro-rata refunds may be issued based on delivered output.

- Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

- Paid advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).

- Domain registration, web hosting, or third-party software licenses.

- Completed stages or deliverables already approved.


5. Refund Validity Clause

- All refund eligibility will expire after 45 days from the date of service initiation.

- No refunds will be processed beyond this period under any circumstances.
