Company Policy

1. Consultation and Service Charge

  • The consultation service charge is 20% of the total project quotation, which is applicable to all projects, including digital marketing, website development, SEO, and other services.
  • This consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the project is initiated, partially completed, or canceled by the client.

2. Non-Refundable Service Charges

  • All service charges, including those related to digital marketing (such as SEO, social media management, PPC campaigns) and website development, are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only in genuine cases and under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be requested if services were not initiated or delivered, and only if the service deviates significantly from the agreed-upon scope.
  • Time Frame for Refund Requests:
    • A refund request must be submitted by the client within 7 to 15 days from the service initiation.
    • Refund requests made after 15 days will not be entertained by the company.
  • Refund Review and Decision:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the start of the project.
    • The company will review the refund request within 15 business days and decide based on the work completed, scope deviations, or technical errors.
    • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the portion of the work completed.

4. Post-Approval Website Changes

  • After the website has been reviewed by the client and all necessary changes have been confirmed in writing, no further changes will be entertained.
  • If any additional changes are requested after the final written approval, they will be considered chargeable and require a formal contract amendment or a new service agreement.

5. Service-Specific Terms for Websites

  • Change Requests: Any requests for changes to the website must be submitted during the project phase and will be considered as part of the original project scope.
  • Chargeable Changes: Once the website has been approved by the client, any subsequent changes or additions will be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and confirmed before implementation.
  • Technical Errors: Any functional or technical errors that arise due to oversight on the part of the company will be fixed without additional charges, but no refunds will be provided for project delays caused by such issues.

Terms and Conditions for Refunds, Service Charges, and Website Projects

1. Payment Terms:

  • All payments for services, including digital marketing and website development, must be made upfront unless a specific payment schedule is agreed upon in writing.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension or project delays. Additional charges may apply to resume services after late payments.

2. Consultation Fees:

  • The consultation fee, amounting to 20% of the total project quotation, is non-refundable, regardless of the project’s progress.

3. Project Scope and Approval:

  • The client must approve all stages of the project in writing. After final approval of each stage, changes will not be made unless additional fees are agreed upon.
  • Clients are responsible for providing all required materials (such as content and branding) on time. Failure to do so may result in project delays, for which the company is not liable.

4. Changes After Final Approval:

  • After the final approval of the website or service, no further changes will be made unless the client agrees to pay for additional work.
  • All change requests after final approval will require a new contract or a revised service agreement.

5. Refunds for Partial Work:

  • If a refund is requested for a partially completed project, the company will review the extent of the work completed and may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work delivered. Consultation and service initiation fees will not be refunded.

6. Termination of Contract:

  • Either party can terminate the contract by providing written notice. All work completed until the termination date will be chargeable, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.

7. Third-Party Expenses:

  • Any payments made to third-party services (e.g., domain hosting, advertising platforms) are non-refundable and are not included in any refund calculation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website or digital marketing materials. However, the company reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.
